One flute, three kids – Who do you give it to?

Dr Adrian W J Kuah, Senior Research Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, noted the moral choices behind our Singapore Budget 2018 allocation speak volumes about who we are as a society. He opined that the Budget is not simply an exercise in technocracy, in assigning funds to various programmes and making sure that the finances are healthy.
