Openness to geopolitical flux is part of Singapore’s DNA

Assoc Prof Simon Tay from NUS Faculty of Law and Chairman of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs reflected on Singapore’s shifting geopolitical realities and opined that Singapore must be newly open not only to ties with the great powers but to broader cooperation and collective leadership with middle-sized and smaller states.
