Potential dangers of China's decision to deepen reforms on all fronts

Dr Guo Liangping from the East Asian Institute at NUS opined that the biggest potential danger to Chinese President Xi Jinping’s reform policies is that the immense and complicated tasks ahead are not met with an equal amount of motivation due to the lack of enthusiasm among the bureaucracy.
