Preparing for drought

Dr Cecilia Tortajada from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS noted that while Singapore has a strong record of preparing for change, and looks well into the future for development planning, the question remains whether the public is ready to confront the challenges of achieving resilience by changing behavior and reduce water consumption.
