Prof Ang Kah Wee named Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology
Professor Ang Kah Wee from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the College of Design and Engineering at NUS has been elected to the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) as a Fellow.
The IET Fellowship is the highest level of professional recognition conferred by IET to acknowledge exceptional individuals who have demonstrated leadership, influence, as well as sustained significant achievements in engineering, technology, or related disciplines.
Prof Ang’s research interests focus on the development of advanced nano-electronics and photonics device technology to revolutionise future computing, communication and sensing systems. Concurrently, Prof Ang also serves as the Director of Microelectronics Technologies and Devices at NUS and Chief Technology Officer of the National Semiconductor Translation and Innovation Centre (NSTIC).
