Prof Phoon appointed ISSMGE board member

Professor Phoon Kok Kwang, Vice Provost (Academic Personnel) has been appointed as a board member of International Society on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSGME). The only one such international society, the ISSMGE was formed in 1936 and comprises 90 member societies worldwide.
