Regulation of drones needed to keep S'pore in top flight

Assoc Prof Ter Kah Leng from the Dept of Strategy and Policy at NUS Business School pointed out that if Singapore wishes to be at the forefront of new technology, what is needed are detailed rules on the operation of drones and public safety, taking into consideration Singapore's dense population and limited airspace.
