Revisiting the S’pore-India Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement

Dr Sasidaran Gopalan, a Research Fellow from the Asia Competitiveness Institute, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, and Ramkishen S Rajan, Professor of Economics at ESSEC Business School, Asia-Pacific in Singapore, noted that as India’s largest trade and investment partner in ASEAN, Singapore should expect a fair renegotiation in the revision of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements with India.
