School mergers: More questions than answers

Dr Leong Chan-Hoong, Head of the Social Lab at the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS opined that school mergers should not be treated like commercial en-bloc redevelopment, where news is kept hush-hush till the last minute, and that there is significant investment by students and staff to making their schools a part of their identity that they call home.
