Singapore invents solar energy forecast system, expected to begin trial next year

A new system jointly developed by the Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore at NUS, Energy Market Authority and Meteorological Service Singapore that could predict Singapore’s daily solar power production will be launched at the end of 2020. The project is part of the national effort to actively develop solar energy in order to prevent a break in the power supply.
