Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology

Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat announced the national Quantum Engineering Programme (QEP) and Global Innovation Alliance Innovators Academy at the opening of the Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology on 17 September 2018. The $25 million QEP, hosted at NUS, aims to translate quantum science into industry-ready solutions while the Academy will facilitate overseas internships in 17 cities for more than 1,300 students from autonomous universities including NUS.
