Singapore’s role in climate change action

Visiting Prof Vinod Thomas of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS opined that while Singapore and other smaller countries are not able to affect significantly the carbon emissions that are causing global warming, the experience and voice of small nations in world forums, can nonetheless help influence global directions to slow climate change.
