Singapore’s vaccine could be ready for clinical trials by August

Duke-NUS Medical School (Duke-NUS) and US-based Arcturus Therapeutics are now conducting preclinical studies on a vaccine candidate they have developed. Prof Ooi Eng Eong, Deputy Director of the Emerging Infectious Diseases Programme at Duke-NUS said that they hope to start the clinical trials as soon as Aug 2020.
