Sino-US tensions – the silver lining for Asean and Singapore

Assoc Prof Simon Tay from the NUS Faculty of Law who is also Chairman of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs, and Ms Jessica Wau, Assistant Director (Asean) from the same institute noted that Singapore can do more to with its regional connections as interest in Southeast Asian economies grow.
