S'pore prepared to roll with the punches

Dr Gillian Koh from the Institute of Policy Studies at NUS noted that Singapore has always been a “price-taker” in big geopolitical shifts, and highlighted the need for long-term governance systems that fundamentally build up our resilience as well as anticipatory instincts.
