Tackling the peak period AGM crush

Assoc Prof Mak Yuen Teen from the NUS Business School and Mr Chew Yi Hong, an active investor, shared that the clustering of annual general meetings (AGMs) in Singapore has gotten worse in recent years and opined that this will hinder shareholders' attendance and effective participation.
