The Jewel in Changi’s crown

Prof Jochen Wirtz of NUS Business School noted that airports need to be competitive because the air travel industry is changing rapidly. He opined that for Changi Airport, building on its culture of being service-centric, opening the new Jewel complex is only a part of its overall strategy to keep travelers and airlines coming to Singapore.
