The Russia-Turkey conflict and tragedy of geopolitics

Reflecting on the incident where a Russian aircraft was shot down by two Turkish F-16 fighter jets on 24 November 2015, Assoc Prof Wang Jiangyu, who is from the Centre for Asian Legal Studies at NUS Faculty of Law, opined that this has highlighted many issues in the Middle East stemming from geopolitical forces.
