The start of subject-based banding – is grouping classes by CCAs the best option?

Dr Kelvin Seah Kah Cheng from the Dept of Economics at NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences cautioned that grouping students based on their co-curricular activities may end up inadvertently segregating classes of students along socioeconomic, racial and gender lines.
