Trust the people, share govt data

Prof Kishore Mahbubani, Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, opined that we could expose the body politic to stress by being open with data to spark robust debates on Singapore's future, and recommended that we find a way of changing the culture of sharing information in Singapore.
