Two years of Modi

The Institute of South Asian Studies at NUS hosted a panel discussion titled “India under Modi: A mid-term appraisal of the BJP government” on 26 May 2016. The panel of well-known public intellectuals debated themes such as secularism, institutional reform, the difficulty that India’s Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi faced in the passage of economic legislations in Parliament and his personal role in it as the leader of the ruling party.
