Executive Director of the National Centre for Infectious Diseases Professor Leo Yee-Sin, Singapore’s Chief Health Scientist Professor Tan Chorh Chuan and Senior Vice President (Health Innovation & Translation) Professor John Eu-Li Wong have published their observations in the Journal of the American Medical Association on 20 Feb 2020.
