What ails Singapore Airlines?

Assoc Prof Nitin Pangarkar from the Dept of Strategy & Policy at NUS Business School observed that challenges faced by Singapore Airlines show that it needs to continuously reinvent itself by adding new competencies, and must find new inspiration to maintain its differentiation against rivals.
