What supply-side reforms will work for China?

Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS, discussed the supply-side reforms initiated by the Chinese government and opined that new systems and appropriate government policies are needed in order to avoid the problem of oversupply witnessed in the past.
