Why India is crucial to RCEP trade pact

Assoc Prof James Crabtree and Mr Blake Berger from the Centre on Asia and Globalisation at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS opined that the long-term economic and geopolitical value of having India inside the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership trade agreement will greatly outweigh the short-term cost of the concessions that can make a deal possible.
