Why severe haze may return in 2019 and how to mitigate the risk

Assoc Prof Simon Tay from the NUS Faculty of Law and Chairman of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA); Wu Hui Juan and Aaron Choo, also from SIIA opined that stronger interventions are needed to mitigate the risk of haze, with multi-stakeholder action involving governments, NGOs, the private sector and local communities.
