Window of opportunity for Taiwan’s new “Pivot South” policy

Mr Liu Shiyi, a postgraduate student from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, analysed the new “Pivot South” policy mooted by the Taiwan’s Democratic Progressive Party. He opined that Singapore and Taiwan can work closely together in multiple areas including IT and smart technologies.
