With Grab’s super app ambitions, who will it eat for lunch?

Assoc Prof Nitin Pangakar of the Dept of Strategy and Policy at NUS Business School opined that in the short term, there will be a proliferation of services under the Grab umbrella brands, but in the long run, we will see a more focused approach where selected services that are synergistic and high potential will be offered under the app.
