World debut for local work

The latest choral composition by Asst Prof Chen Zhangyi from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music at NUS, will have its world debut on 7 December 2016 at the Victoria Concert Hall, performed by the Singapore Symphony Children’s Choir. The piece, Water, is based on Cultural Medallion recipient K.T.M. Iqbal\'s Tamil poem of the same name.
