Youths who entertain through storytelling

NUS medical student Mr Saravanan Shanmugam and NUS alumnus Mr Syed Ashrathullah will be putting up a “kathakalachiyabam”, a form of traditional folk musical storytelling at the National Writers Festival in November 2017. Both honed their talent though participation in dramas such as Sangae Muzhangu, a theatrical production of NUS Tamil Language Society.
