1,000 make a splash in mass swim

NUS University Lifeguard Corps and the North West Community Development Council organised the North West SwimSafer Day 2017 on 27 August for members of the North West Swim-Safer Club and North West residents. An annual event that aims to boost community bonding, healthy living and water safety, the mass swim saw about 1000 residents participating in the Fun Swim, including 200 competitive swimmers taking part in the NUS Splashdown 2017.
