11 mid, small caps score for corporate governance

The new Governance Evaluation for Mid and Small Cap, which was developed by the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) and Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, with guidance from Assoc Prof Mak Yuen Teen from NUS Business School, gave the thumbs-up to 11 mid and small-capitalisation companies for their corporate governance processes.
