Boost fertility? Nudge educated women to marry, and marry young

Visiting Prof Tilak Abeysinghe from the Dept of Economics at NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences discussed why baby-making incentives in Singapore have not worked. He opined that a key consideration is to figure how to nudge educated women to marry, and to marry at a young age.
