David Marshall Lecture and Launch of 'The ASEAN Charter, A Commentary' by Prof Walter Woon

Prof Walter Woon, David Marshall Professor at NUS Faculty of Law and Deputy Chairman of the Centre for International Law (CIL) at NUS, delivered a public lecture titled Building the Rules-Based ASEAN Community: Strengthening the Centre at the David Marshall Lecture. He also launched his book 'The ASEAN Charter - A Commentary', which explains how the provisions of the Charter came to be drafted, and how they relate to the realities of diplomatic practice.
