FDA nod for GM salmon created by Singapore don

A genetically modified salmon created in 1992 by Emeritus Professor Hew Choy Leong, who is currently with the Dept of Biological Sciences at NUS Faculty of Science, has been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration as safe for consumption.
