Green Mark Awards and property prices

A study by Dr Eric Fesselmeyer from the Dept of Economics at NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences found that green certification, such as the Green Mark Award, causes prices of new apartments and condominiums to increase by 2.7 per cent on average.
