Have Singaporeans been mollycoddled on climate change?

Dr Cecilia Tortajada, Senior Research Fellow from the Institute of Water Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, and Professor Asit K Biswas, Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of Glasgow, pointed out that managing floods and soaring temperatures in Singapore under climatic uncertainties will be a huge challenge for Singapore but the biggest impediment to tackling climate change wholeheartedly is mindsets.
