How air pollution affects workplace behaviour

Asst Prof Sam Yam from the Department of Management and Organisation at the NUS Business School shared the findings of a study which found that the negative effects of air pollution were mitigated when organisational support was high, for instance, when an employee's supervisor was concerned about his staff's health.
