How to regulate PMDs

Prof Lee Der-Horng from the Dept of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the NUS Faculty of Engineering opined that the use of uncertified personal mobility devices and its associated safety risks will continue, and urged for careful deliberations by the relevant authorities.
