How to retain China’s wealth?

Prof Zheng Yongnian, Director of the East Asian Institute at NUS, noted that China has failed to establish a large middle class which is necessary for supporting its social security system. He believes this is due to the failure to build a good income distribution mechanism, causing wealth to be concentrated in the hands of the minority.
