India's 'transformative Budget' hailed

At the 'Union Budget of India 2015: Modi Government's Economic Vision and the Road Ahead' panel discussion organised by the Institute of South Asian Studies at NUS, India's High Commissioner to Singapore HE Ms Vijay Thakur Singh emphasised that the Budget laid out a roadmap for long-term growth, spelt out steps to promote the ease of doing business in the country, and sought to catalyse infrastructure investments for India.
