The information advantage of Singapore's real estate agents

Prof Sumit Agarwal, Vice Dean (PhD & Research) and Low Tuck Kwong Professor at the NUS Business School, discussed how real estate agents in Singapore tend to exploit their knowledge advantage for their own interests. However, with so much information now available on the Internet about properties and previous transactions, this information advantage will be eroded.
