IPS organises Singapore Perspectives Conference

The Institute of Policy Studies, a think-tank within the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, organised the annual Singapore Perspectives Conference on 23 January 2017. Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills) Mr Ong Ye Kung participated in one of the panel discussions, and conference topics discussed included whether rule by a single political party is best for Singapore, as well as what if Singapore has to choose between China and the US. About 960 policymakers, businessmen and students attended the conference.
