Joint environmental development by China and Japan

Dr Lim Tai Wei of the East Asian Institute of NUS discussed the long history of cooperation between China and Japan in tackling environment pollution. He opined that the environmental collaboration agreement which China, Japan and South Korea had recently sealed provides a win-win approach in accelerating environment protection for Northeast Asia.
