Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum raised $1.3 million for sperm whale exhibit

The Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum at NUS has raised around $1.3 million for scientific and educational efforts related to the sperm whale carcass found in Singapore waters last July. The donations have come from organisations and individuals, some of whom attended the Jubilee Whale Charity Gala Dinner, which was held on 20 February 2016.
