NUS launches new Index to track future-readiness of students
The NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates (CFG) has developed a new Future-ready Index (FRI) to assess the future-readiness of an individual. The FRI, which comprises nine domains of soft skills, such as Adaptability, Entrepreneurial Thinking, and Resilience, that were identified by CFG with more than 300 employers, will enable the University to define the competencies that are valued by the industry today and track the progress of its students in these key attributes.
