NUS study: Daily consumption of fresh milk can lower risk of hypertension

An NUS research study on more than 37,000 Chinese found that drinking at least a glass of fresh milk daily can decrease the risk of hypertension. The findings of the study led by Prof Koh Woon-Puay from Duke-NUS Medical School and Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health at NUS were published in the Journal of Nutrition.
