NZ Foreign Minister blasts UN Security Council's'too hard' attitude to big issues

At a public lecture organised by the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at NUS, New Zealand Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Murray McCully said that the United Nations Security Council has not done enough to resolve ongoing global conflicts, including the Syrian civil war and the Israel-Palestine conflict.
