Overall prices down 0.6% for completed apartments in November

Flash estimates of the Singapore Residential Price Index released by the Institute of Real Estate Studies at NUS showed that overall prices for completed apartments fell 0.6 per cent in November over October. The value for small units fell 1.2 per cent across Singapore over the same period, dragging down the overall prices.
