The realities of social media's impact on GE2015

Dr Carol Soon, Research Fellow at the Institute of Policy Studies, NUS, discussed the findings of the IPS online survey with 2,000 voters on their use of mainstream and social media during GE2015. She noted that the study illustrates that social media does not exist in a vacuum but is part of a larger media ecology, which also includes the mainstream media.
